Colossians 3:12-15
Church and Friends, we are in a place in our society where those that profess the name of Christ need to display our Christian character. Our land, our congregations, our jobs and our families need us.
Those of us, who have been raised with Christ and put Christ in the preeminent role in our life, make a conscience choice about ethical and moral issues. We strive to be compassionate, kind, humble, meek, patient and loving. These qualities are part of the Christian character shared in Colossians 3:12-15.
And practically speaking, our land would be better off if those that profess the name of Christ would make the choice to display Christian Character!
Our church congregations across the land would be much stronger if those that profess the name of Christ would make the choice to display Christian Character.
Our work environments would be improved if those that profess the name of Christ would make the choice to display Christian Character.
Our families would be better if those that profess the name of Christ would make the choice to display Christian Character.
The text this morning speaks to Christian Character. Let’s study together.
